All products are custom made and therefore all sales are final and we do not accept returns in any case or issue any refunds.

- Notification Period: You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the damaged product to be eligible for a replacement.

- Return Procedure: Our team will guide you through the return process. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to process your request efficiently.
- Replacement: Upon confirmation of the damage and verification, we will initiate the replacement process for your damaged item.
- Conditions: To qualify for a replacement, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement of damaged items.
